Gillette Liquid Paper
We introduced Liquid Paper into the UK market as the first real competition to
the market leader with a brilliantly written campaign based upon ʻSpoonerismsʼ
(look it up!). With tube cards, womenʼs press ads and bus posters we got on the
side of secretaries. In the first year Liquid Paper took 25% of the market. The ads
won several awards from the trade. They deserved it!
