Whatever happended to big ideas?
Will somebody please tell us what happened to exciting, attention grabbing ideas that got you noticed?
Switch on the radio and what do you hear? Have you had an accident, do you need a loan, buy two get one free, is your insurance …?
They’re enough to make you switch off immediately.
Is television any better? More insurers, accident specialists, supermarket offers, PPI scams. And every ad cheaper than the last, and even more infuriating.
Somebody has spent money on producing these ideas and buying the media time. For what purpose? So that we can all switch off or die of boredom.
Where is the creative talent? Where are the brilliant productions? Where is the big idea to attract you?
Are they trying to bore us to death?
We are as fed up with this as you are. And that includes the awful websites. What has happened there? Internet offers for £299 websites?
It’s not possible – we all have to make a living. But how many websites do you visit and think: “Wow, what an amazing site”?
